Freddie delivers end-to-end search assignments on a broad range of cross-sector roles such as Chief Information Officers and Chief Technology Officers. He also spearheads Korn Ferry's Data and Cybersecurity capabilities in the UK and is experienced in recruiting Chief Data Officers and Chief Information Security Officers.

His clients span across all industry sectors ranging from large corporates through to high growth PE backed organisations.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Freddie worked for two boutique search firms conducting searches for a variety of technology, consumer and professional services businesses (exclusively at Partner of Director level) across a range of functions such as board, marketing as well as Data & Analytics

Prior to entering search, Freddie worked in the Insight & Communications team for a global data marketing company, where he worked closely with one of the UK's largest supermarket chains.

He holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from Durham University.
