Avneesh Raghuvanshi is a Client Partner and the Country Manager for India at Pedersen & Partners. He is a member of the Global Private Equity, Board Services and the Consumer & Retail Practice Groups. Mr Raghuvanshi has more than two decades of experience in the Executive Search industry, specialising in CxO level searches and has completed assignments across Financial Services, Consumer & Retail companies and with Private Equity and Venture Funds as also their portfolio companies in multiple sectors and functions. Throughout his career, Mr. Raghuvanshi has successfully helped international Executive Search firms set up and develop their operations in India. His assignments also include working for a Hong Kong-based international search firm specialising in Financial Services, having been a member of the India business start-up team and having managed the Financial Services Practice. Before joining Pedersen & Partners in 2010, Mr. Raghuvanshi was a Partner at an Indian Executive Search firm.
