Ben is a Principal Consultant in our Board practice, supporting in the delivery of Board level searches and insight and intelligence projects. He has been responsible for the appointment of Non-Executive Directors, Committee Chairs and Full Board Chairs to Boards across a broad range of sectors, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Technology, Transport, Logistics and Construction. Ben joined Norman Broadbent in 2020 having graduated with a First Class Honours in Economics from the University of Essex. Outside of work, Ben is a keen musician and enjoys playing guitar, bass, and piano.
