Jason Blonstein is a Managing Director at ECA, where he works with clients to fill full-time and project-based roles. Jason works frequently with automotive, industrial, and chemical companies. He also supports ECA’s Private Equity and Venture Capital practice. Prior to joining ECA, Jason spent time as Chief of Staff at Korn Ferry’s Global Automotive Practice. He is also an Army veteran and former armored cavalry officer. Jason obtained an MBA from the University of Illinois and a BS in History from the United States Military Academy.
