With more than twenty years in consultancy industry, Vanessa worked in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Barcelona with multiple responsibilities on business development, leadership and expertise development for local markets.

Recognized as one of the Organizational Strategy specialists in the region, provides expertise to others in the sale of large solutions projects and develops c-suite relationships in strategic clients.

Vanessa has managed and implemented many projects across several industries namely Industry, Oil &Gas, Retail, Telecom, Media and Finance.

With large scope of expertise, such as strategy decoding, organizational design and business processes optimization, strategic performance management, reward policy design, culture & climate & top team facilitation.

Leads and manages complex projects that require coordination and integration across multiple projects/work streams and multiple practices to deliver business solutions

Vanessa holds a Business Administration degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and Executive Program in Value Based Management (VBM), from Nova School of Business and Economics.

Publishes articles and speaks in public forums related with management issues
