Gabriel Rico brings 25 plus years of experience in C-suite and Board-level leadership roles to The ExeQfind Group’s consulting bench strength in Brazil. Gabriel serves ExeQfind’s clients as a retained executive search and leadership advisory consultant and has experience in consumer products, industrial, digital media & publishing and food production industry sectors.

Gabriel also serves on the Board of Directors of the family-owned ELGIN corporation which produces industrial equipment and consumer goods and employs 1,200 in 3 manufacturing plants across Brazil.

Gabriel has an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He lives and works in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
