Kazuhiko (Kaz) Mori is a Managing Director based in the Tokyo office of Global Sage. With 16+ years of executive search experience, he offers a broad range of innovative talent acquisition solutions catering to his clients’ needs. Before moving to executive search, Kaz worked for Salomon Brothers, which later became Citigroup Global Markets, for 20 years, including 6 years in operations & technology and 14 years as the head of HR for Japan. Prior to joining Salomon, Kaz worked for KPMG in New York City as senior consultant in their information technology consulting practice. He started his career as systems engineer at Fujitsu Limited. Kaz has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Columbia Business School and a BS in Computer Science from Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science.
