Additionally, Federico is a past Chairman of the Global Board of the Amrop Partnership.

Federico leads search assignments for senior executives and board members for national and international companies.

He holds a BBA degree in Accounting at the Eastern Michigan University, USA and holds postgraduate degrees from Escuela Superior de Administración de Negocios (ESAN), Universidad de Piura and Harvard Business School.

Federico has 30 years' experience in Banking, Manufacturing, and Financial consulting as General Manager, Managing Director and CFO (Ernst & Young, BankBoston, Sociedad Pomalca, Backus Trading, Cerveceria Backus & Johnston, Banco Industrial del Peru and Arthur Andersen). He possesses expertise in Finance, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development.

Federico has been Chairman of Amcham Peru, Peru 2021, Forum Empresa and Sporting Cristal Football Club; Independent Director of Graña y Montero, and a Member of the Board of Mesa de Concertacion de Lucha contra la Pobreza (Executive Board of Agreement for the fight against poverty), Programa Juntos, Spirit in Business, IPAE, Ethos Brazil and Repsol’s La Pampilla Refinery where he headed the Audit Committee (RELAPASA-REPSOL).

Currently he is Member of the Investment Committee of Apoyo Capitales, of the Advisory Board of LLorente y Cuenca, Director of Peru 2021, Tununga Forestry Investments, Osaka Holdings, Endeavor Perú, CyJ Constructions, AYO Mentoring and Angel Ventures.

He has four children. Among his hobbies he enjoys spiritual reading, plays the saxophone and drums. He is a sports fan and very committed to professional soccer activities.
