John Belt is a Managing Partner at Purcell International Group. John joined Purcell in 2012 as a research associate focusing on supply chain inclusive of planning, sourcing/procurement, transportation, operations (manufacturing/distribution), and engineering along with information technology, human resources and finance across the manufacturing, distribution, and transportation industries. John is currently responsible for the entire executive search lifecycle for clients in the manufacturing (food/beverage/industrial/automotive/ packaging etc.), distribution (retail/ecommerce/3PL etc.) and transportation industries. John graduated from Central Michigan University where he completed executive internships with Target and SeaWorld/AB InBev. Prior to joining Purcell International Group, John completed the executive training program at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. John spent fifteen years in Purcell’s San Diego office and has relocated, establishing Purcell International Group’s presence in North Carolina.
