Kate Donat is a Consultant in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, Professional Services, and Consumer Practices. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Kate was the Sales & Marketing Director for a health tech company based in New York City, serving the nation’s largest hospitals, healthcare systems, educational institutions, and government agencies. She was concurrently the Head of Business Development for a COVID testing healthcare organization. Earlier in her career, Kate served as a marketing manager for a data analytics firm within the financial services industry and as a licensed Financial Representative for Northwestern Mutual. Kate is a member of the Never Too Young Advisory Board for the Colorectal Cancer Alliance. Kate holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
