Louis conducts and executes middle and top management assignments, in France and in the US, on Management, Finance, Human Resources, sales and Digital/e-com senior functions. For 13 years, he has specialized in different industries such as Investment (Private Equity, Family Office, Venture Capital), Retail, Luxury, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences and new technologies. Louis has started his career in the building materials industry with his own company in France and Belgium. In 2007, Louis joined a Recruitment worldwide leader as a Director in charge of financial functions for Real Estate Investors. After 5 years in Paris, Louis was transferred to the New York office of this same firm to execute and conduct C-level searches for French and European companies established or willing to establish in the US. After 2 years in New York, he joined a newly created privately held international executive search firm as an Executive Director to grow the firm internationally and to execute executive searches in France and in the US. Since his first expatriation to New York in 2012, Louis has developed a specific expertise in accompanying French and European groups in their establishment and/or development in the United States.
