As a member of the Commercial Banking and Commercial Finance team at ThinkingAhead, Martin Pilipiak is a search consultant specializing in opportunities for equipment finance and leasing professionals throughout the United States. His clients include small to large banks, independent commercial finance institutions, and captive finance companies. Before joining ThinkingAhead, Martin worked with Southwestern Advantage in their summer sales and leadership program. During his eight-year tenure with the company he was ranked as one of the top salespeople in the company each year. After graduating, as a recruiter he continually ranked as one of the top team leaders in the company, recruiting and training college students throughout the program. Martin is a graduate from the University of Florida with bachelor’s degrees in both Finance and Economics. He lives in Miami, FL.
