Bronwen Kerr has worked in the executive recruitment industry for over 18 years. She joined The Insight Group in September 2005 as a Business Manager and has been a Principal since 2010. Bronwen has recruited chief executives, senior general managers and line roles including: General Manager(s) Risk, National Sales and Marketing Manager(s), Director(s) Human Resources and Chief Financial Officer(s). During this time, she has helped clients across a range of industries including: industrial, for-purpose, professional services and education. Earlier in her career, Bronwen was an executive search consultant with a boutique search firm based in North Sydney. Her role encompassed the national recruitment of senior executives via search activity, coordinating and performing aptitude tests on behalf of clients and managing medium-scale recruitment drives. During this time, she developed interview and assessment skills, along with a network of contacts that have enabled her to be successful in countless searches on behalf of clients. Bronwen’s experience also extends beyond Australia to the Asia Pacific region, where she has managed joint assignments with other firms in our international IRC network, in particular IRC Singapore and China. Bronwen has a Bachelor of Psychology and a Masters of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney.
