Arnold Marty has more than 20 years of management experience as a member of the executive board and CEO in national and international companies. Thanks to his extensive experience in the IT, building services, renewable energy, retail and wholesale sectors, as well as in the automotive industry, he can offer his customers great added value. When it comes to challenging search mandates for board positions, executive board members or other key positions, Arnold Marty can draw on his operational and strategic management experience. He understands the challenges a CEO faces when it comes to filling key positions, as well as the effort to recruit new core competencies to the board of directors. He acquired his extensive IT industry knowledge in two global technology groups, where he worked as Managing Director for Switzerland and Europe. Having managed various mergers and acquisitions, he knows the challenges of uniting mixed cultures and supporting change management processes. Arnold Marty understands the complexity of global matrix organizations just as well as the specific characteristics of family businesses. He was able to get to know and understand these in the building services and automotive industries. Arnold Marty is currently intensively involved with the world of work 4.0 and the changing framework conditions for people, technology, leadership and organization in the increasingly digital and virtual way of working together. Arnold Marty studied business administration at the University of Zurich and, in addition to his native German, speaks English at a business level. He is currently a board member of a software company in the field of renewable energies.
