Charlie is Managing Partner and Head of the Education Practice of Odgers Berndtson in Colombia.​ He has more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment of senior executives. Charlie has been a member of different Commerce Chambers such as American – Colombian - AMCHAM, Britain - Colombian and German - Colombian. A former member of the Board in Compass, Interbrand, Drake Beam Morin, Porter Novelli and Teletraining, among others.​ He graduated from The English School in Bogotá and has studied in Business Administration from CESA in Colombia. Top Management program from Universidad de los Andes.​
