Andy Marshall joined Isaacson, Miller as an Associate in 2019. Andy brings an interest in furthering effective leadership across higher education and has worked on searches to recruit senior leaders in higher education, medical education, and mission driven non-profits. Prior to joining Isaacson, Miller, Andy completed graduate study at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE), where he interned with the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE). Andy served in the Office of Admission at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA from 2012-2018. As an assistant director of admission, he managed campus programs along with Northeast and Midwest recruitment. Andy sits on the alumni committee at Puget Sound. Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Andy enjoys spending time running and skiing.
