Matt joined Hunter’s Executive Search practice in 2015, following seven years leading an in-house recruitment function for an NHS regulator. Matt advises boards on the appointments of executive leaders in the healthcare sector across the globe. He has successfully delivered a wide variety of high-profile assignments for the UK’s National Health Service, private sector providers and consultancies, regulators, charities and academia. Outside of work, Matt is utterly dominated by his children, wonders why the treadmill seems so much faster these days, and is still quite happy laughing at his own jokes when no one else will.
