Jarkko has almost 20 years of experience in direct recruitment and HR and career coaching services. Before becoming a senior partner at Johto Advisors in 2024, he worked as a business director and member of the management team of a large HR consulting company. Jarkko also has experience in managing an international growth company and the human resources services industry. He has collaborated with, among others, the energy sector, industry and growth companies. Jarkko holds a Master of Science (Econ.), majoring in management and organizations. He has also completed a Master of Science (Hons.) degree and a specialized professional degree in business management.
