With over 25 years’ experience in recruitment, Kirstie partners successfully with banks and financial services firms to advise, consult and execute senior level engagements, introducing exceptional talent into senior roles.

Experienced in the full suite of governance functions, including Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Financial Crime, and Audit, her strength is in identifying the right profiles to achieve the key purpose of the hire. Kirstie dedicates her time to understand the culture, technical requirements and current to future needs of any client, to define and source the leaders who will demonstrate the skills, behaviours and achievements to fulfil the brief.

Having spent a number of years working in Brussels in international management development and training, she also brings great people skills and a smattering of French.
