Biography
Since 2005, Franck has been in charge of the animation and development of the Digital, Marketing and Media Practice of Arrowman Executive Search with a particular investment in sectors and professions close to “data”. He is particularly involved in supporting transformations for large groups, for the public sector and in structuring the acceleration of scale-ups. 90% of these assignments concern members of management committees (CEO, COO, CTO, DSI, CMO, CSO, CRO, CPO, CDO, etc.) and 10% of profiles of technological, marketing or data expertise. Franck PASQUET advises his executive clients with a T-Shape approach which makes it possible to address C-Level's strategic and organizational objectives (horizontal) while having a sufficiently expert vision (verticality). Franck PASQUET works for internet pure-players, technological solutions and data experts as well as for sectors much further away, but which are transforming by using technologies, data and / or new digital organizations. Franck PASQUET's career explains his dual expertise. Franck PASQUET was first Deputy National Secretary of the Rally for the Republic, before founding in 1996, one of the first French web-agency very specialized in marketing service, then joining one of the international leaders in recruitment. As director, he developed structures dedicated to recruiting IT and internet profiles in 1999, as well as those specializing in the public sector, before joining Arrowman Executive Search in 2005 and becoming a partner.
