Erika has a diverse background in sales, account management and operations working in the maritime, financial services and technology industries. Prior to relocating to Fort Lauderdale, she served as a fleet coordinator working for International Registries on behalf of the Marshall Islands. Erika has a BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware and believes her understanding of the human psyche contributes to a successful partnership between clients and candidates.
