Diane Murray is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Healthcare Practice. She has over a decade of recruiting experience and specializes in recruiting senior leaders in the Digital Health space, primarily for private equity and venture capital portfolio companies.​ Prior to JM Search, Diane started her career at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, a national staffing agency, where she worked in their Technology division. From there, she joined Aramark, a global Fortune 500 public company, as a Director in their Talent Acquisition department. During her time with Aramark, she successfully managed hiring initiatives over each line of business while overseeing and leading a large recruiting team. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Diane maintained ownership of the sourcing, recruiting and placement of all senior field executive level searches.​ Diane earned her B.A. in Communication from The University of Tennessee. She is married and lives in Bryn Mawr, PA with her husband and two young children. As a family, they enjoy spending summers at the beach in Avalon, NJ. In her spare time, Diane enjoys exercising and playing tennis.
