Peter is a founding partner of Mondrian Alpha. He was instrumental in building out both the asset raising and credit function. He now leads a team which specialises in direct lending, distressed, CLO, high yield and private equity. In addition to search, Peter also oversees the firm’s compensation surveys which are recognised across the alternatives space in London. Prior to Mondrian Alpha, Peter spent a number of years working within the banking practice at Huxley Associates. He supported clients from a corporate strategy perspective through building out internal teams to formulate and execute on strategies for change and growth. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester.
