Ewa has been in Executive Search since 2001 after 14 years of successful corporate life in finance, sales & mkting & General Management. She is a graduate of Gdańsk University (faculty of Foreign Trade) & Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music (faculty of opera singing); Ewa leads the Polish team since 01st of June of 2015.

She specializes in Executive search of top managers, executives & niche specialists, primaly within Life Science in the following fields: big pharma, small, highly specialized r&d companies, biotech, start-ups entering Polish market.
