Ken Guity has a passion for coaching industrial leaders borne from 30 years of leading and deploying lean strategies to optimize business performance.

Ken is a recognized leader and change agent with a track record of success within several world-class global organizations to include Autoliv, MacLean-Fogg and BOS Automotive Products. Prior to starting his advisory career, he held President & CEO roles for MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions and BOS Automotive Products.

Ken’s career has evolved through functional and general management roles to include the successful launch of a green-field manufacturing facility in Mexico for automotive safety restraint systems.

Ken’s business improvement track record is based on his philosophy of customer focus and total enterprise engagement. He is known for his ability to identify impediments to success, refine organizational structure, install capable leaders and collaboratively work to improve core processes, cost effective sourcing as well as effective lean operational practices.

Ken is certified in Executive Lean Leadership and has earned his Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degrees from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.

Ken resides with his wife and family in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.
