Gert Vium Andersen joined AIMS International Denmark (Unique Human Capital) in 2022 as Client Manager. In 2023 he took on the role of Director of Life Sciences. Gert has experience in c-suite and senior level international executive search for the Pharmaceuticals, Med Tech, and Nutrition sectors with an emphasis on Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and General Management. Gert draws on extensive experience gained over 20 years in the Pharmaceutical and Talent Acquisition/Management industries in Europe and North America. Gert brings an insight into cultural and geographic diversity in pursuing capability objectives. He has a proven track record in recruitment and leadership of line and matrix high-performance specialist teams, project management, commercialisation, and P&L accountability.
