Dmitry leads sales and strategy for Vaco’s resources division in New York. Prior to joining Vaco, Dmitry spent four years at RGP managing their Information Management business regionally. Dmitry began his career working for the Department of Defense as a software analyst to help develop thermal tank sensors for the Army. Later he opened his own consulting firm that he merged with Ntiva, a regional IT services provider.

In 2007, Dmitry joined Citigroup to drive the development of a new firm-wide e-commerce platform. Subsequently, he moved into Citi’s Transaction Services where he ran global cash management implementations for the Fortune 500. Dmitry holds a Master’s in Business Administration from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland.
