Jill joined Capital Search as a Partner in 2017. Prior to joining Capital Search, Jill was a founding Partner of Pinnacle Companies, a Washington DC Metro area search firm that was started in 1997. Jill started her career as a CPA with a regional public accounting firm acquired by Deloitte. Jill also worked as a Controller for a government contractor. Her entry to the recruiting field was with Logue & Rice. After Logue & Rice was acquired, she formed Pinnacle. Jill graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Accounting.

One thing most people don’t know about Jill is that she cares passionately about animals, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Animal Welfare Institute. She just recently acquired a puppy German Shepard named “Mugsy”.
