Karyn is based in Aberdeen with Ducatus Partners as a Senior Associate where her focus is on undertaking executive search assignments across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Karyn has led the research on a number of regional and international assignments across the energy and maritime sectors for senior leadership roles. Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Karyn spent six years with a global executive search firm as a Researcher and two years in contingency recruitment focused on opportunities in the oil and gas industry. She holds a BA in Publishing and Journalism studies from Robert Gordon University.
