Mathew joined The MBS Group in May 2020 as Director of the Fashion and Luxury Practice.

With over 20 years’ executive search experience as a specialist within the sector, with several high profiles firms, Mathew focuses on global leadership searches and has had significant exposure within the US market.

In addition to his role at The MBS Group, Mathew is a tutor on the BA Fashion Business degree course at Istituto Marangoni and is deeply passionate about developing and empowering the leaders of the future.

Mathew graduated from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle with a degree in Fashion Marketing.
