Monica Sanchez is a Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Mexico City. Ms. Sanchez is an HR and senior Executive Search professional, she started her career with the in-house HR department of Grupo Profuturo, a Mexico-based pension and mutual funds management holding. Afterwards she served in the HR department at HSBC Mexico. Later on, Ms. Sanchez gained valuable industry know-how while working on talent acquisition and retention assignments with the main focus on the Financial, Consumer Goods, Consulting, Chemical, Entertainment, and Construction sectors for a regional LATAM recruitment provider. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Sanchez worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager for MetLife, one of the largest global insurance companies. In her role as Consultant, she delivers senior-level mandates in the Food & Beverages, Tobacco, Chemicals, Iron & Steel, Petroleum, Mining, Automotive, and Tourism industries. Ms. Sanchez holds a Licentiate’s degree in Psychology from the Universidad de las Américas in México and is a certified Newfield Network Ontological Coach. Apart from her native Spanish, she speaks fluent English.
