Catarina Lindahl recently joined Signium as Senior Advisor. Catarina has extensive leadership background from operational business roles for several decades, serving multiple industries and markets. She has worked in all Nordic countries and with several global markets. Sector background is mainly from Technology, Professional services and manufacturing. Catarina has led, developed and formed numerous leadership and management teams and successfully recruited key leadership positions, developed growth teams, reorganized organizations and driven change projects towards digitalization and organizational effectiveness. In addition, she has coached individuals and teams; including students from universities during their masters programs. She has successfully placed top and especially mid-level executives across functions in various SME companies. Passion about leadership development and cultural opportunities that drive business growth and results is key driver in her career. Catarina has a MSc in Business Administration from the Swedish School of Economics in Helsinki. In her free time she enjoys travelling, boating and sports (golf, skiing, running) and life at the cottage in the Finnish archipelago.
