Coming from a training in Economics-Management and a master's degree specializing in HR at the Catholic University of Paris, Laetitia had an incredible chance of meeting a "professional father" who passed on to her a key to success: having excellent human relations to succeed in business development. After more than 3 years in a Parisian consulting firm specializing in Business Intelligence and Big Data as an Account Manager, she took up the real challenge of building her own client-consultant portfolio. She discovered there a singular appetite for the notion of service and results by creating a relationship of trust and proximity with her clients. Her new family life offers her the opportunity for a new challenge in Lille where Laetitia joined Keyman in January 2016 as Executive Search Consultant. She is developing the Consumer Goods & Luxury sector there. Passionate and dynamic, Laetitia seduces her family and friends with her accessibility and her joie de vivre. Laetitia particularly appreciates professional but also sporting challenges by surpassing herself in her tennis competitions or her half-marathons.
