She works with international blue-chip firms to build diverse, high-potential talent into their organisations and with scale-up businesses to attract the best talent on their growth journeys. Sian is passionate about Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion and as such sits as a member of Altum Group’s ED&I board. She has helped shape the Azura processes to ensure we deliver diversity at every stage of our searches and advises clients on the inclusivity of their working practices. Through this experience, she has become an expert and helped develop Altum Group’s own processes to ensure our ED&I framework is the best in class.
