Faiz joined Oxford HR in January 2022. He is a dedicated social change agent with over three years of experience working for non-profits, think tanks, academic institutions, and government agencies. He has participated in a number of impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation studies for various national and regional government programmes. He has experience in planning and carrying out research studies from the ground up; in a recent study at a digital rights think tank, his work revealed the necessity for legal-institutional reform to combat sexist hate online.

Faiz is passionate about social justice theory, community development, and the role of civil society in governance. He graduated with honours from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, India, with a master’s degree in public policy.
