Vicky has more than ten years of progressive experience in finance. She began her career in the investment management industry with client reporting, operations, and pricing roles at State Street and Bain Capital. Looking for more of an analytical challenge and operational experience, she made the switch to corporate FP&A. She quickly advanced to managing teams of analysts at both private equity-backed and public companies, primarily in the SaaS space (Lytx, Bullhorn, Fleetmatics / Verizon Connect). Vicky’s experience as a business partner working closely with CFOs and other executives, paired with her entrepreneurial attitude, is what attracted her to executive search and True specifically.
