Rick Faubert is a partner in True's Boston office who focuses on people and talent roles at growth-stage technology and consumer companies.

Before joining True, Rick was a principal at The Onstott Group, a boutique executive search firm. Previously, Rick was a partner and chief administrative officer for AGC Partners, a technology-focused investment bank. In his earlier career, Rick spent nine years as a professional soccer executive.

Rick is very active in his community of Marshfield, Massachusetts, where he lives with his wife and their four teenage children. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College.
