Oliver works alongside Emma in Mondrian Alpha’s finance practice. Oliver originates and executes accountancy searches across the entire alternative space including hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and credit. His main focus is on identifying candidates for positions such as Financial Controller, Finance Director, and CFO, and oversees a team that supports with junior to mid-level mandates. While working within Ernst & Young's Banking and Capital Markets Assurance division for four years, he gained a thorough understanding of accountancy and the financial services market, working on complex Financial Services clients and doing his ACA qualification.
