I joined Richmond Associates in 2019, establishing the Asia office from my home base in Singapore. Before joining Richmond Associates, I served as Executive Director of CASE Asia-Pacific, a global membership body for fundraising, alumni relations, and marketing and communications professionals in the education sector and non-profit organisations. I led the strategic development of the Asia-Pacific office and helped build a vibrant community of practice among members and volunteers. Prior to this, I worked at the National University of Singapore (NUS) for 15 years in various leadership roles, including Deputy Director of the NUS Office of Alumni Relations. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the diverse cultures and educational systems across Asia, as well as the challenges and opportunities of working in the region. I am passionate about talent development through providing career guidance to advancement professionals and highlighting opportunities for global mobility. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from NUS.
