Since 2008, Julia has held several key roles on higher education executive search teams and has supported over 60 searches at the president, vice president, and dean levels. Her experience includes searches for a wide range of leadership, academic, and managerial positions on behalf of a variety of educational institutions, including public and private colleges and universities and independent schools. Before entering the executive search sector, Julia worked in higher education as an Admissions Assistant at Delaware County Community College. She has also worked with StudyPoint, Inc., as a private tutor in writing, French, and SAT preparation for middle and high school students.
