Mark Paviour is the Country Manager for the United Kingdom at Pedersen & Partners. Mr. Paviour joined Pedersen & Partners in 2018 after 24 years consulting and executive search experience as a Partner at Egon Zehnder, having been based both in the Middle East and UK practices. During his tenure at Egon Zehnder, Mr. Paviour served on the Global Financial Services Practice Group leadership team, ran the Asset/Wealth Management and Sovereign Wealth Fund practices and was a member of the Global CFO Practice Group. Mr. Paviour has advised a wide range of clients on Board, C-suite, and senior executive appointments. In addition, he has supported clients in Board effectiveness reviews and leadership advisory work including CEO succession, talent reviews and assessment projects. In his earlier career, Mr. Paviour worked in banking with Goldman Sachs and Saudi International Bank. Mr. Paviour holds an MBA from IESE Business School and an M.A. in English Language and Literature from Oxford University. Mr. Paviour is a qualified Business Coach trained on the Meyler Campbell Mastered Programme. He is a Certified Hogan Practitioner and Prism Brain Mapping Certified Practitioner and has completed the Leadership Circle Profile certification for Leaders and Managers. Mr. Paviour is attached to IESE Business School and its Coaching Unit and supports, as a coach, the AMP and Executive Education programmes and its participants.
