Jennifer is known for her drive and passion for PEOPLE. She has a unique ability to build cross functional relationships and get to the heart of the client’s needs and wants through collaborative and open communication. Her career includes roles leading inside and outside sales & marketing teams and business consultation & strategy. Prior to joining Modern, Jennifer spent 19.5 years in Executive Commercial Leadership roles at Arconic, and formerly Alcoa, delivering on multi-million-dollar targets in domestic and global markets. Jennifer’s strong reputation for building & leading high performing teams with an emphasis on DEI positioned her to be an active advocate and champion inside of her firm. Her deep customer relationships translated into meaningful, strategic business in the aerospace, automotive, industrial and packaging markets. Jennifer is a passionate advocate inside the Down syndrome community and for people with differing abilities. She is an active participant in The Lucky Mama Project© and Down Syndrome of Indiana organizations. She has a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
