She has over a decade of experience in Executive Search and has been part of the India practice since its inception. Prior to her career move into executive search, she worked with a leading Securities & Broking organisation in India. EMA Partners works with some of the leading names in the financial services sector and has built an enviable track record of appointing over 300 leaders with marquee clients across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and Private Equity. Reet has been instrumental in building the practice over the years and today is one of the most recognised consultants in the sector. Reet has been closely tracking the evolution of the sector and has played an influential role in creating new-age teams in the Digital and Fintech space. She also leads the Diversity Practice for the firm in India and has been at the forefront of several diversity hiring initiatives across sectors. Reet has also been vocal about some of the challenges impacting women in the workforce in business and social media. Reet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies from Mumbai University and a post-graduate degree in Business Management from the Institute for Technology & Management.
