With 10 years of executive search experience, Frances has successfully led senior level and C-suite searches across the finance, healthcare and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.

Since launching Page Executive in 2013, Frances has successfully placed Chief Financial Officers, Chief Marketing Officers and Chief Operating Officers in local conglomerates, including food and beverage, healthcare, retail, e-commerce, Chinese investment and private equities companies. Frances also value-adds with in-depth knowledge on organisational transformation and has proven herself by providing valuable recommendations to businesses.

Before Frances joined Page Executive, she was responsible for mid to senior leadership searches in finance and healthcare roles.
