With over 20 years senior recruitment experience in both the UK and Overseas Giles co-founded PCR in 2014 on the principle of the business being the go-to trusted recruitment partner for the most progressive candidates and clients within the Finance, Strategy and M&A arena. Currently Giles supports key projects and roles within Finance Leadership and Strategy as well as ensuring that the business meets the highest delivery standards to candidates and clients in the industry. Outside of work Giles can be found either on the golf course, trail running, cycling, as well as spending valuable time with his family and dog. Liverpool's more recent resurgence to glory has also been something that he has been keen to remind the rest of the office about.
