Stella Metz is a director in the Firm’s Tax & Business Services Group. She has more than 13 years of experience in federal and state taxation issues of corporations, partnerships and pass-through entities. Additionally, she practices in the area of mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Metz serves a wide variety of clients in real estate, technology, professional employer organizations, medical, manufacturing and distribution organizations. She provides tax assistance and manages all compliance, notices, planning and research for her clients.

Ms. Metz received her Master of Arts in English from Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland. She received her Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Colorado, and her Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida, California and New Mexico. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Suncoast Florida Chapter BMW CCA.
