Kaan Bludau is one of the founders and Managing Directors of BludauPartners. He is responsible for the core business of the Executive Search and supports large companies in filling high-level and strategically important specialist and management positions, both in the strategic reorientation of human resources and in assessing top executives. Kaan Bludau can look back on more than 20 years of active consulting experience and has made a name for himself as a competent consultant and driving force during this period. Prior to BludauPartners, Kaan Bludau was a member of the extended management team of an international executive search firm, where he established and was responsible for the Retail & E-Commerce and Travel, Transport & Logistics divisions. He also acquired extensive knowledge as Head of Human Resources of a successful consulting firm, after having worked as a team leader in various international executive search companies. Before Kaan Bludau started his career, he studied business administration with a focus on human resource management.
