Markku Krutsin works as a CEO and a Partner. He focuses on executive search assignments and development projects regarding business, organization and management, mainly in the field of consumer business, industry, services, wholesale and retail.

Before joining AIMS Finland, he worked for over 20 years in the business management world as a corporate executive and a business area leader. His sphere of responsibility has comprised of the comprehensive management of business activities and distribution channels including FMCG retail business, food service business and BtoB industrial business in Northern Europe.

He holds both a M. Sc. in Economics and a MBA. In addition, he has served in major positions of trust in the board of different companies and associations.
