I lead the global Aviation & Civil Aerospace practice at Norman Broadbent and bring 15+ years of global Exec Search experience, including having had the pleasure of leading the Executive Search functions at both Manchester Airports Group and AO.com, respectively. My exposure traverses Executive Search, assessment, leadership/Board advisory, talent intelligence and internal mobility. Having been based in the UK, Germany, Spain and the Americas I speak German and Spanish and my industry exposure includes a heavy passion for aviation & civil aerospace, as well as tech, e-commerce, financial services, professional services, FMCG and retail. I've successfully delivered (and led project teams) on multiple technical and non-technical senior management to C-Suite level search appointments, as well as large-scale succession planning, leadership assessment programmes, and talent/market insight-related projects across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC markets. Additionally, I hold an MSc. in Global Human Resources Management.
