John Cigna

John co-founded Crown Advisors in 1996 following 11 years of real estate recruiting and his involvement in Pennsylvania State politics. His practice has evolved to senior management and C-suite positions including strategic organizational hires. His clients include leading investors, developers and financial services firms.

John finds great satisfaction assisting his client companies grow and prosper. He knows how critical it is to align skills and culture to ensure a proper fit. John’s reward comes in knowing that he has helped improve his client’s business and the families involved.

John holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and former vice chairman of the Transit-Oriented Development Council. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, and Pension Real Estate Association. He has been a speaker and moderator at real estate industry events.

Spare time being a thing of the past, he fondly remembers golf, skiing and riding his Harley.
